Once you've built up enough of a balance, go to the Redeem page, pick a voucher from the catalog, and confirm. Your coins are debited immediately and, in the normal case, your voucher code is issued to you on the spot -- no waiting period.

By accuracy first (your percentage of correct answers), with total response time as the tiebreaker if two players are tied on accuracy -- so a faster player only jumps ahead of a more accurate one when they're equally accurate. Rankings update automatically as soon as your attempt is scored.

Tap "Report this question" on the results screen for that attempt and tell us why. You get 3 question reports per rolling 24 hours; reports found to be incorrect cost a small coin penalty, so please only report questions you're confident are actually wrong.

Every report goes to our editorial team for review. If a question is confirmed wrong, it's corrected or retired from the active question pool so other players won't see the same broken question again.

A non-rewarded ad occasionally appears after a wrong answer or every few questions -- how often depends on your current coin balance, since players with a lower balance see it slightly more often. It's always skippable and never blocks you from continuing your quiz.

Questions you've already answered go on a short cooldown before they can appear for you again, so you won't see an identical question back-to-back. Once the cooldown passes, it's back in the pool.
